SUPER COFFEE - FALL EDITION

For the past couple of years I have started my mornings with a not-so-average cup of coffee. So you drink coffee everyday, why not add some superfoods & spices to get you feeling right? This was my thought process when blending a concoction of ingredients into my coffee, little did I know I would fall in love with this fancy cup of Joe.

Start with the survival juice itself - coffee. Since this is the fall edition, pumpkin spice coffee it is. Go organic if you can here, After brewing, add to a blender bottle along with these ingredients:

  • Organic Cacao Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Lucuma - 1/4 tsp
  • Maca - 1/4 tsp
  • Collagen - 1/4 tsp
  • Organic Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
  • Optional: Sweetener (I use a little Stevia & Natural Bliss Creamer for taste)

I don't expect you to run out with this list of hard-to-pronounce ingredients without knowing the benefits, so without further ado...
